It won't work. If people do not die of smoking, they will live to grow old and be a real burden on the NHS. Not to mention that this will be the death knell for half of the pubs in Britain. Hello to social isolation, loneliness and all the of things that will cause, further burdening the NHS and the mental health systems.
Doesn’t the prime minister realise smoking outside pubs is the best thing about Britain?
