Is the term ‘coconut’ controversial, racist – or both?
"people from minoritised communities"? Really?  
What language  describes people are from minoritised communities?

"is not a racist term - when uttered within the community." 
But it is racist if uttered by anyone else? Really? 
So calling a White or Asian person a coconut or an uncle tom is racist?
