Is the Debt Limit Constitutional? Biden Aides Are Debating It.
"the validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”
Sounds even worse than the 2nd amendment: “shall not be infringed.” You can't only not infringe it, you can't even question it.

No, they won't and lower than a snakes belly.

Tory fury as Sue Gray refuses to cooperate with inquiry into her job with Labour

Good for her. She has answered all questions already. Let them read the record with the  the non-partisan ACOBA, with whom she has "fully cooperated" and "given them all the details they requested." Their report will be passed to Cabinet Office and Downing Street.

So why should she answer questions from a partisan Dowden who just wants a sound-bite to keep himself and his party in the news?
