wFears Extinction Rebellion protesters will disrupt London marathon
Basically they just want to make sure that no one enjoys it/ Not the spectators, not the runners. The only ones who will enjoy it are the protesters: not because they got a dialogue started, but just because they wanted to disrupt it and they succeeded. It makes them feel important.
Action at the Crucible resumes on Tuesday after play was halted for a Just Stop Oil protest
They did NOTHING to stop oil, but they did make it so no one could enjoy the event, Which was their goal
