She didn't say that and she is not really hateful, just selfish.

Dianne Abbot thinks any racism directed against her is more important than any other racism.
After her come black women, then black men, then all women, then asians, jews, muslims, and other ethnic groups. Racism committed against whites doesn't exist in her world.
