Okay, so he is a drug addict. If he were living in a trailer park, he'd be in jail.
But at least it explains some of the rants in SPARE

Florida Republicans propose bill to remove trans kids from parents’ custody

“Parents have the right to raise their children as they see fit, and government intervention should be a last resort," Senate President Kathleen Passidomo said, except when big government in Tallahassee wants to take that right away.  As Senate President, it is my absolute right to dictate to people how their children should be raised. 

I don't think Chris Rock understands.   If a black person (or anyone of color) wants to know how brown the baby going to be, that is okay.  It is only white people (including Harry) wonder. That is racist. 

The fact that this is, in itself, racist just doesn't matter, because whites are always racist no matter what.
