No, they are not right. They are silly attention seeking narcissists with nothing better to do than trash something they couldn't possibly create. Basically, they are saying: "we don't value what you value and we don't like people who disagree with us." "We also don't care about the time it takes for some museum worker to clean it up, because out time is more valuable than his or her time."
