Just because you and made unwise choices in your undergraduate career does not mean others did.

Anybody that has an accent shouldn't be allowed in films about people we think we know.
(Of course, a real actress would lose the accent for the role.)
PS: It is only divisive because you say it is. Many others do not agree,
