I wish to display my secondary sexual characteristics, but if you take a picture of them, you should do jail time. Why not just make it illegal to take a picture of ANY woman without consent. Or, to be less sexist, make it a crime to take the picture of anyone without their consent?
This would leave news, police and facial recognition all subject o criminal prosecution. Of course, we could exempt those activities. That would mean it is okay for the media, the police and all the people who use facial recognition free to downblouse, but that's the price you pay.
