The headline "White nurses ‘twice as likely as black and Asian colleagues to get promoted" is false and show institutional racial bias against whites.
Indeed, looking at the data, those of mixed ethnic extraction of more likely than white nurses to get promoted, although the difference between the two groups are not significant.  See:

One would think people have the right to make their own minds up, but I didn't realize that this was a Shia/Sunni conflict. See "An Orthodox Muslim’s Review of ‘The Lady of Heaven’: A Shia Propaganda Film"  As you would expect, most of the protesters have not actually seen the film.
