I don't understand. Why is it NOT okay for the state to lie to its citizens, if it results in a guilty verdict. That's the way it is done in Russia, Cuba and North Korea
This isn't about guilt or innocence, it is about the state lying to its own citizens in order to get a guilty verdict.
