Three-quarters of domestic abuse investigations closed by police without charge, watchdog finds
What is the right number that should end with charges, Lizzie Dearden?   
55% of domestic abuse were discontinued because the victim did not support prosecution.  
Should we ignore the wishes of the allegedly abused?
 A further 20% were stopped because the police found “evidential difficulties”.
Should we prosecute and lose the cases regardless, just to annoy the abuser
    
The UK has been arrogant and entitled about its culture for too long.

The UK is arrogant and entitled in its multiculturalism and the European can't stand that. 

They like things white in Europe and think people of colour should know their place.
