Does this mean that "innocent until proven guilty" will rear its ugly head again?
Reparations just for black people is a racist idea.
It must be ALL people who have been discriminated against: Chinese, Mexicans, Irish, Jews, Italians, Japanese, Polish, LBGTQRF, Haitians, Catholics, etc.
