Yes, the law itself is good: no reason on god's green earth for someone being penalized for a haircut.
But Hair is NOT inherent to one's race! What a completely stupid idea; one that does not understand either "race" or "inherent". The absolute illogic of the premise beggars belief: does it mean that dreadlocks will be banned for whites, even though it is a style from Crete (3500 BCE). Does it mean a short cut with a left-hand part will be banned for blacks?
Anybody should be entitled to wear their hair as they wish, as long as it doesn't enter my food.
Of course she deserves a fair trial, and a treason sentence of 25 years -- preferably without parole
