I like the new Labour party rules: if Israel behaves like Nazi's, it is anti-semitism to say so. 
If Israel formally declares the right of national self-determination, once envisioned to include all within its borders, as “unique to the Jewish people” - something that is just down-right racist - it is anti-semitism to say so.
