Having said that,what a sorry excuse for an attempt at a news story:
1) under pressure by whom?
2) When 1/2 of the places have been filled, then 4 of 5 applicants will not get a place? True - and, once 3/4s of the places are filled, the 4.5 out of 5 won't.
