Well, without seeing the state and the federal rules, it is difficult to decide whether this is a real story or just a "let's you and him fight" story. Does the "journalist" who wrote this have some reason for not telling us what the difference between the two proposed methods are?
Well, what does he know? Just because he is an expert on both government and the economy. My congressman, who must be smart 'cause he went to law school and who certainly must care more about me than about getting re-elected, says that nothing at all will happen. He says it is just like my credit card, when I max it out I can keep on using it with no consequences. So who am I going to believe.?
