D.C. Shutdowns Shed Light on Which Employees Matter Most
We need the next CR to include three important spending cuts:
1) Convert congressional pensions to a defined-contribution plan
2) Require all elected officials to contribute the national average (30%) to their health care plan
3) Limit congressional pay rises to inflation, unless there is a referendum.
