Pakistan: Quick Millions Promised for 'Slow-Motion Tsunami'

“I think it is just disaster fatigue.  Millions more aid went into Haiti than any US city of similar size before the tragedy hit.   Millions go to NATO troops trying to protect Afghans against the disaster called "Taliban"   Earthquake here, tsunami there, drought the other where; eventually people, many now unemployed, have no more to give, whether in money or in sympathy.”
