Oh No! How dare he let his children visit him where he works?
This is the kind of corruption that should be a hanging offence.
NOT just silly-season piffle, this kind of story increases mistrust of politicians, hence both apathy and anomie, hence damages our society and our country. The Independent knows this but, because a snappy conflict headline might sell a few more papers, doesn't care.
