Graham To Kagan: It's 'Disturbing' You DIDN'T Have An Agenda
Yep, that's the problem. People want judges with agendas that are the same as their own. Impartiality is good when it comes down on my side and evil when it goes against me. In effect, Graham is saying "I want judges to be partisan."     He, and politicians like him, say this because their entire world is lived and measured by political power: ether my lot is "in" or the other lot is. You are either with me or against me. That this is not good for the nation or its citizens is seen as irrelevant.
