Legacy for One Billionaire: Death, but No Taxes
Darn! We were hoping to confiscate half of that fortune to pay off our debts.
Can't we just pass a simple bill of attainder:
"__________ (fill in a name), who has lots of money, has to give us some, regardless of any tax laws."
