The Case Against Bernanke
The case against Bernankke may not be just that Senators need a scapegoat (other than themselves), Or that journalists, who were supposed to be covering the economy and the banking industry, need a scapegoat other than themselves. But both groups do need a scapegoat if they are not to be blamed for their own very real failings. They will find one.
