Okay, he taught a 16 year old girl that she did wrong four years ago and should be punished for it for at least the next 10 or 20 years, but I was amazed at the "school principle who declined to take action, citing ... the fact that the offensive behavior took place outside school." Doesn't this school principle realize that his school should be part of the criminal justice system?
