This story mentions NOTHING about what they wanted the airline to do. They did not like any of the sensible help that the airline offered and they did not have their phone set to only receiving "airdrop" from their own contacts. Sounds like pretty selfish people!
PS: How does anyone know that the pics were sent by someone on the flight. It could have been ground crew who had no connection to the flight or the airline.
