Hits Back Over Leaked Ambassador Memos: 'He Has Not Served The UK Well
Unlike Mr Trump. we like our ambassadors to tell the truth, so we think he served the UK very well indeed. Note that ALL ofthe attacks on the ambassador are not for telling it like it is, but for having his views leaked.

Well I am sure that it is "offensive" in that it suggests that indigenous people had ANYTHING to learn from a fur trader or from Champlain. Indigenous people already knew everything and no white person could possibly have anything useful to say. I noticed the authors confusion about whether Champlain was a French Conquistador or a Spanish one, but those Europeans are all alike, anyway.
