Anyway, what is wrong with a head-scarf: the Queen wears them. Do Sikhs have to renounce their turbans to teach in Quebec? Do nuns renounce their garb?

How are people of no colour treated? Do the "media" recognize them?
What about people of no colour? What do fashion magazines have to do to represent them?
No, of course not. The whole point of Black Pride is to make society focus on difference, rather than what makes us alike. No one who is not at least 50% black should ever be allowed to turn up at Black Pride events, regardless of what their skin tone is.
