Surely it is not racist to say that a white person can't teach a course. That would be like saying a non-white person can't teach Shakespeare, which everyone agrees with, right?
Basically, they refuse to go to jobs centres because job centres have rules and ask for some discipline in approach.
Okay, so they are their own worst enemy. What do we do to get them to be on their own side, getting them to and help instead of hindering their own development.
