Similarly, any judge who believes the Defense of Marriage act is constituti­onal should recuse himself because he might be biased against, while any judge who thinks the DOM Act is unconstitu­tional should recuse himself because he might be biased in favour.

It seems clear that only an a-sexual alien should be allowed to sit in judgement of this case.
