Up to 2.5 million extra lives will be lost in the next 20 years in England and Wales unless tough restrictions on candy, cakes and carbonated drinks are introduced. Come on, BMA and RCP, try to get your priorities right.
The Arab League has upwards of 2500 fighter and ground-attack aircraft - outnumbering Gaddafi's air force by more than 10 to 1. We should give the Arab League every assistance to help them establish a no-fly zone.
