The Appeal of Austerity Is Fading
"This fall, Congress will ... cut government outlay before an economic recovery arrives, or it will increase public spending, put jobless Americans back to work...."

This fall, Congress will either decide that we should pay our own way or that our current lifestyle should be underwritten at the expense of our children and grandchildren. Our children and grandchildren cannot vote in the coming election. I wonder what Congress will do?
